Just finished reading the #NickiMinaj article in the April issue of #Elle and I am truly humbled. I was never a huge fan of Ms. Minaj but my respect for her has skyrocketed after reading how hands on she is with all aspects of her professional life. I also love how they toned her down in the photo spread, which she admitted was out of her own comfort zone.

I found myself thinking about my bedroom: how significant it was during my childhood, and how it reflected what I had and who I was. My thinking was that the bedroom pictures would be inscribed with the children’s material. The book is written and presented for an audience of 9-13 year olds ‘ intended to interest and engage children in the details of the lives of other children around the world.”
